This week the OUDG team went to the Addis Ethiopian Restaurant on Telegraph Ave in North Oakland. This was a real unique experience as it was the first time we had eaten an entire meal devoid of utensils. Fear not, the OUDG team is resourceful and developed the “throw the carpet” technique to consume the Ambrosius cuisine. Highlights included Ethiopian Lager, Kitfo and guest diner Justin Bethune.
