This week the UODG team went looking for a good dose of Laotian food. This sent us deep into the Avenues of Allendale (East Oakland). While there were some hiccups along the way the final result was quite desirable. The highlights of the evening were definitely the Laotian sausage and the Laotian papaya salad. We highly recommend that you give the Vientian Cafe a shot. Eating dinner is cool. Eating dinner in Oakland is even cooler! Do it!
